Hi, my dear readers! We've come to the end again :((( I shared so many things here with you. In this final post, I'll share my thoughts on our Material Design course for which I shared the tasks.
In the last term on the Educational Technology course, we did the tasks and learned many tools. But we, as preservice teachers, created tasks for students through technology on the Material Design course in this term. I didn't know how to use corpora or what flipped classroom is. I created vocabulary and grammar videos for flipped teaching with my friends for the first time. As always, in this course, I discovered and learned many things about teaching English and the all preparing process for materials. I didn't have difficulty with the given tasks. Of course, I'm not saying tasks were easy but the difficulty level was just right to handle in my opinion. I just had to focus on how to be more creative in creating materials and how can I make students be more active and creative in learning. I believe I accomplished it. The only thing I can say is that it shouldn't be obligatory to work in groups. I am not against collaboration for sure and I know our teacher wants us to collaborate and exchange ideas with one another and I also believe it's in our favor in challenging tasks but sometimes it's hard to work with people who aren't aware of their responsibilities or doesn't care about the task that much. Anyway, I want to thank my teacher Gökçe Hoca for teaching us many new things clearly and being thoughtful in this pandemic situation. If I have learned something in this course, it is thanks to Gökçe Hoca <3
In conclusion, I enjoyed the course as I learned, I learned as I enjoyed it. THANK YOU ALL FOR BEING HERE WITH ME AND GOODBYE...
